The metal LED sign was well made and as-advertised. The led lights are just string lights that have been glued on, and some of the gloss of the glue (or plastic weld, maybe?) got smudged onto the front of the sign so there's a shiny spot when the rest of the sign is matte. Getting order status updates was a bit clunky and odd - tracking showed it was coming from TX but I think it actually had to ship from another country into TX first and I had no tracking for that - I was afraid it wasn't going to arrive on time, although I ordered weeks in advance. Luckily it did arrive on time, but the packaging was just flat cardboard taped up, hard to figure out where to open while keeping the item safe inside, the item was extra taped to the inside of the cardboard so had i kept tugging at it to come out, I could have damaged it. Even getting the plastic stretch wrap off the sign once i got it off the carboard, there was no clean way to peel it without risking damage. Luckily I got it out safely, but I wish the shipping materials had been better.
