I received my sign yesterday...should stop here. There is a gouge in the metal in the middle forward edge of my 1st letter. The uppermost forward corner was curled under 3/4" that extended into the upper mounting hole and now will be compromised structurally. In addition there was a rather significant bent that is about 8" long. I would like to request that my order be remade or refund my payment. On the plus side,the sign work was good on the manufacturing end. There was just a flaw in the packing that probably compromised my shipment.

They have great customer service, quick and attentive. However our sign came slightly damaged on the edge from poor packaging, the packaging was very thin and not much to protect the sign during shipping, I ordered a copper sign and I assumed it would be solid copper but it was painted with copper colored paint, the paint chipped off the edge from poor packaging. It's not too bad but still disappointing for the price. Other than that not a bad purchase. I may order again but I would get a raw metal not colored/painted. Bubble wrap would be my suggestion.
