Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?

You can have your order shipped to PO boxes and military APO/ FPO.
Shipment to APOs can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we will not be able to update the status of shipping for security reasons.

VAT taxes will be charged?

We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

RETURN POLICY

At this time we do not offer return in any case, we just offer replacement. If your item is defective, you don't need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free.

This was my first time ordering from this Company. All was pretty well. The designs and all were very good but you left out one of the decals. I tried reaching you and could not get any response from you all. I did send an email and finally got the missing decal. Other than that it was pretty good and yes I will order again.

It is a very nice addition to my Kia Sportage its on the back drivers side window. However there is one thing wrong the end of what is the cracked glass is peeling away I had this put on by highly recommended body shop, so I dont know if the heat in Az or it just happened. I would like to buy another one for the other window in time. I do get a lot of positive reaction to the Beagle decade. Thank You Bernadette Russell
