One of the ships I was stationed on (U.S.N.S. Furman), has long since been decommissioned, so finding a ships that was impossible. Thanks to PMT, they were able to make two hats for me. I highly recommended them for your ship or duty station hats or insignias. I plan to use PMT in the future.

The hat was not embroidered if it had of been it would be perfect, but it’s not worth wearing in public just doing the lawn, but I had plenty of lawn hats…3 stars is stretching it.

I was only aboard SSN 621 Haddock only about 10 months in 1971 and most of that time was spent in a dry dock in Pearl Harbor. All of my issued hats got pretty frayed up and we’re not worth keeping. Thanks to you I now have a hat I can proudly wear on Veterans Days and to other special events. Even though we were in the shipyard I have fond memories of those times.

I am disappointed for what I paid for. The ship’s name and hull number should have been on a patch. Typically that is what a Navy Ballcap is. It should never be stamped on. I understand it would cost more for it to be stamped. But I’m sure most Navy Veterans would pay for that.

It is a nice hat the printing and screen of the ship seem a little light. I am not sure how well it will hold up with regular wear in the sun a d out in the elements. We shall see.

Im sure the person that got it for me as a gift didn't know but as far as looks its ok, I like more of embroidery type print on my Hats. So probably not something I would buy for myself.

It's a good hat and exactly what I ordered, however the packaging it was sent in created a fold within the embroidery and it has a permanent crease that takes away from the intent of the cap.

The hat is great, I wear it everywhere and have an extra hat next to my dad's ship hat. The hat has the plastic adjustable strap which is perfect for me. I reccomend if you want your ship's hat to wear proudly get one or two.
